TOURAINE ROSE A.C.
The grolleau, after the honest cabernet and Gamay, is the red type of vine more established in the Loire Valley. His origin in Touraine is found, where it appears at the beginning of XIXè siècle. It is the large "maker" of the rosy wines : used with more than 50 % for the PAULINE VINTAGE. Gamay and Cabernet in complement.

Touraine Rosé, Traditionnal Method DEMI-SEC, bears the pretty name of "vintage Pauline" the first name of the girl of the house, rosy dark with the marked red fruit taste. Very pleasant with aperitif or dessert on pastry makings, cutters, raspberries, blackcurrant. To drink fresh (6-8°C ). |
